What is an offline course on Self Taught Academy?

Offline courses are classroom-based programs delivered by institutions listed on Self Taught Academy. Unlike the online courses directory, these programs are taught in person at the institution's campus, and each listing shows details such as course type, program structure and duration.

Which course types can I filter by?

The Course Type filter lets you narrow the directory to Advanced Diploma, Certificate, Diploma or Short Course programs. You can combine this with the Program Structure filter to show only Part Time or Full Time options.

How do I sort and view the offline course listings?

Use the Sort by dropdown to order programs alphabetically (A to Z or Z to A), by newest or oldest listing, by popularity, by price, or randomly. The view-mode buttons let you switch between grid, list and map layouts.

Can I search for a specific program or institution?

Yes. The search field at the top of the directory accepts a keyword for the program you are looking for, and the sidebar search lets you search institutions by name, institution category or tag.

What other filters are available?

The advanced filters include Duration, Total Number of Semesters and Tuition Fees, so you can narrow results by how long a program runs, how many semesters it covers, and the fees charged.
